About Memory Card Issues:

If there is an abnormal situation with the memory card

1. When the memory 64GB card encounters an exception in the settings and the memory capacity cannot be viewed, it can be viewed in the folder.

2. The memory card has a reading error. Remove the card and wipe the golden contact surface before inserting it.

Notice 1: it does not include adapter,must use 5V/2A adapter towork it, some tv's UsB port only has 5V/0.5A,the power is notenough,it will not turn on as normal,must use a 5V/2A adapter topower it.

Notice 2: if the remote can not work,pls do the factory reset to recoverit。
a,use a computer mouse to work with it,clink right key can enter the Ul.
b,do the factory reset,clink settings -- device perference -- reset.
C,it will restart itself after factory reset, then you can pair the remoteagain.
d,long pressing right and left keys together untill it pair well.
