How long does order processing take?
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
How long does delivery usually take?
Typical delivery is estimated at 7–21 business days, depending on product availability and destination. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and carrier, customs, weather, or high-volume delays can affect timing.
Where does GearReady currently ship?
GearReady currently ships to customers within the United States.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information is sent after an order ships.
What is the return window?
GearReady has a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving an item to request a return.
What condition must a return be in?
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, in the same condition received, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return authorization is required before sending an item back.
Who pays return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@gearready.net within 5 days and include photos so the issue can be reviewed.
How are refunds handled?
After an authorized return is received and inspected, GearReady will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, generally within 5–10 business days.
